Bylaw Enforcement

Bylaws within the Town of Nobleford are enforced by the Bylaw Enforcement Officer (as per Bylaw No. 671). The Bylaw Officer is authorized, but not limited to:

  • respond to and investigate complaints
  • conduct routine patrols
  • issues notices and offence tickets
  • lay information

The Town of Nobleford receives bylaw enforcement services from the Town of Picture Butte.

Police Services

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is the national police service. Nobleford residents are to contact the Picture Butte RCMP detachment with concerns.

Nobleford & District Emergency Services

The Nobleford & District Emergency Services are critical for the protection of life and property. The team consists of 23 volunteer members with 6 emergency vehicles, providing services to Nobleford and Lethbridge County. Our members undergo vigorous training to ensure members have all the tools needed to be prepared. In addition, Medical First Response training is also mandatory for all members. The Nobleford & District Emergency Services respond to a variety of calls, such as:

  • Structure/Vehicle Fires
  • Motor Vehicle Collisions
  • Wildland/Grassland Fires
  • Medical First Response
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Citizen Assist
  • All other Fires/Rescue Emergencies
